是德科技有限公司MSOS804A示波器通電后掃一掃線慢慢變暗的內部故障病因進行分析

一:無掃苗線

1、顯(xian)示無打印(yin)線錯誤的緣(yuan)由:

需要先排(pai)查(cha)主機電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)線(xian)、示(shi)(shi)波管(guan)電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)線(xian)、引起掃(sao)(sao)描儀掃(sao)(sao)描電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)線(xian)、X 軸縮放器等的(de)(de)本職(zhi)運轉什么(me)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)下順(shun)(shun)利。若(ruo)這個環節(jie)本職(zhi)運轉都順(shun)(shun)利,則(ze)(ze)也許 是增(zeng)輝(hui)入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的(de)(de)工作(zuo)區(Z 入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的(de)(de)工作(zuo)區)的(de)(de)告警,擔心示(shi)(shi)波管(guan)柵(zha)極電(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差大(da)多數比(bi)陰離子(zi)電(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差負(fu) 60—70 伏(fu),基本原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)下,陰離子(zi)射出網絡廠受柵(zha)極負(fu)壓力(li)能夠抑制能觸(chu)達熒(ying)光(guang)屏(ping)的(de)(de)知之甚(shen)少。X 軸入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的(de)(de)工作(zuo)區有掃(sao)(sao)錨(mao)電(dian)(dian)壓降的(de)(de)同一也有一增(zeng)輝(hui)的(de)(de)信息,增(zeng)輝(hui)的(de)(de)信息經 Z 入(ru)(ru)(ru)口的(de)(de)工作(zuo)區后送過來示(shi)(shi)波管(guan)柵(zha)級,使柵(zha)極電(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差加快 30 伏(fu)前后,陰離子(zi)網絡廠還會射入(ru)(ru)(ru)熒(ying)光(guang)屏(ping)上,造成較(jiao)亮的(de)(de)掃(sao)(sao)錨(mao)線(xian)。如何無增(zeng)輝(hui)電(dian)(dian)智能或增(zeng)輝(hui)電(dian)(dian)智能漲幅跟(gen)不上,則(ze)(ze)不可避免進而引發無掃(sao)(sao)錨(mao)線(xian)告警。

2、化解妙招:

a、緩(huan)沖(chong)區的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)偏位(wei)過大,也(ye)便(bian)是說(shuo)現(xian)(xian)階段的(de)(de) 0 電平不會在液晶屏(ping)平臺,此類現(xian)(xian)狀都可以把(ba)示(shi)波器的(de)(de)交叉耦(ou)合打(da)出 GND 的(de)(de)模(mo)式,引(yin)發模(mo)式為(wei) AUTO,這時改(gai)善(shan)(shan)向下位(wei)移旋扭(niu),再(zai)將基(ji)(ji)線(xian)(xian)改(gai)善(shan)(shan)到液晶屏(ping)的(de)(de)里邊角(jiao)度在預(yu)估手機信號。

b、只要這時(shi)期你的(de)(de)鉛垂迅敏度(du)過(guo)低(di),數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)衛星(xing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)燈的(de)(de) DC 電平(ping)過(guo)大也是檢測沒法數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)衛星(xing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)燈的(de)(de),這時(shi)期候自動(dong)調節鉛垂位移,瞧(qiao)瞧(qiao)是否(fou)將數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)衛星(xing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)燈調到手機屏的(de)(de)界面顯示位子,或將基線(xian)調到中心的(de)(de)后(hou),放入(ru)藕合打入(ru) AC 模式(shi),再瞧(qiao)瞧(qiao)有嗎有數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)衛星(xing)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)燈。

c、驅(qu)(qu)散(san)(san)電平不(bu)正(zheng)確,就算(suan)電磁波沒有驅(qu)(qu)散(san)(san),控制(zhi)驅(qu)(qu)散(san)(san)電平看著有沒有體現(xian)。

二(er)、通電后(hou)掃描軟件(jian)線(xian)慢慢地變暗

另(ling)外,示波管燈絲(si)一面(mian)普遍是(shi)順利(li)通(tong)過一電(dian)(dian)容與金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極接接的,故燈絲(si)也(ye)地處負(fu)直(zhi)流直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)勢。若(ruo)電(dian)(dian)抗器電(dian)(dian)機繞(rao)線(xian)對(dui)地接地使用性能不(bu)好,則會(hui)形成負(fu)直(zhi)流直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)漏電(dian)(dian),使金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極負(fu)壓(ya)力決對(dui)值壓(ya)縮,因為柵(zha)、陰兩者電(dian)(dian)勢差決對(dui)值增(zeng)加,畢竟形成復印線(xian)變暗,此種報警(jing)通(tong)常與通(tong)電(dian)(dian)期限想關。要避免此大問題(ti)行重繞(rao)電(dian)(dian)抗器,但會(hui)比較(jiao)困難。較(jiao)簡(jian)便的方式 是(shi)另(ling)取一 6.3 伏干式變壓(ya)器就直(zhi)接給燈絲(si)供電(dian)(dian)局。

三(san)、掃視線有調輝表現

調輝毛(mao)細現象(xiang)(部(bu)分段明,部(bu)分段暗(an))

引致或者洛天(tian)依(yi)的緣故(gu)通常有幾個:

1、消隱電(dian)(dian)路原理(li)隔直電(dian)(dian)容器斷路,失(shi)去了可(ke)以抑制串擾意識,由于閱讀(du)線造成調輝物理(li)現象。

2、示波管銹蝕,電(dian)子元(yuan)器件釋放出(chu)作用差(cha),調制解調作用也(ye)差(cha),如果(guo)很(hen)弱干涉(she)預警就說能改變(bian),從而造成調輝的問題(ti)。防止依據最合(he)適換(huan)成示波管。
