SEW變頻器MCF40A系列過電壓故障維修

過(guo)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)問題主觀原因:

1、平常能因(yin)起其(qi)中整流回路開關(guan)過壓降(jiang)的因(yin)素大部分來于以(yi)內(nei)兩人幾個(ge)方面:

(1) 源(yuan)自電(dian)搜索側的過電(dian)阻值

常(chang)情況(kuang)發生下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)24v電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為380V,不可以偏差為-5%~+10%,經三相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋(qiao)式(shi)全(quan)波整流后當中直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)基線為591V,特定(ding)情況(kuang)發生下(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)線線工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)提高450V,其頂值(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)也只能(neng)有636V,并算有很高,常(chang)見供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)并不會使調頻(pin)器因過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)跳閘推不上去。供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)輸入側的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)首(shou)(shou)要說的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)側的(de)(de)(de)蠕變(bian)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi),如沙塵出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)、拆遷補償濾波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容在分(fen)閘或斷開(kai)連接(jie)時(shi)造成的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)等,首(shou)(shou)要優(you)勢是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)轉變(bian)率dv/dt和幅值(zhi)(zhi)都特別大(da)。

(2) 來于(yu)電動機(ji)扭矩側的(de)過電流值

主(zhu)要是指是基于(yu)某一(yi)原由使電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)居于(yu)粉碎(sui)火力發電(dian)(dian)情形時(shi),即(ji)發電(dian)(dian)機(ji)居于(yu)具體速比比變頻(pin)(pin)(pin)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)段考慮的(de)(de)(de)(de)發送到速比高的(de)(de)(de)(de)情形,阻(zu)抗的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)制造(zao)傳動平臺中(zhong)儲(chu)放的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)制造(zao)能經電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)轉(zhuan)變成成電(dian)(dian)量,使用逆變電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)(de)(de)6個續流(liu)整流(liu)二(er)極管禮(li)包到調頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)之間(jian)整流(liu)雙二(er)次回(hui)(hui)路中(zhong)。此時(shi)此刻的(de)(de)(de)(de)定頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)處在整流(liu)情形,如果調頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)中(zhong)沒個性化會員(yuan)服(fu)務浪費(fei)這精力的(de)(de)(de)(de)預防措施,這精力會影響之間(jian)整流(liu)雙二(er)次回(hui)(hui)路的(de)(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)袋子的(de)(de)(de)(de)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓增加。達到標準值即(ji)行跳電(dian)(dian)。

2、從變頻式器(qi)負載電阻側能(neng)夠出現過(guo)電流值的狀態(tai)及主耍問(wen)題

從變(bian)頻(pin)式器阻抗側(ce)可能會給予過電阻的(de)現象及主(zhu)要(yao)主(zhu)觀原因(yin)如下所示:

(1) 三(san)菱變(bian)(bian)頻器柜(ju)器降(jiang)(jiang)速期(qi)限參(can)數設置(zhi)添加對(dui)應較(jiao)小及未(wei)安全(quan)使(shi)用三(san)菱變(bian)(bian)頻器柜(ju)器降(jiang)(jiang)速過電流自清(qing)理系統。

當三(san)菱(ling)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)大(da)空氣發展阻力根據時(shi),其滑行(xing)耗時(shi)更改的(de)相對較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)小,在(zai)滑行(xing)過程中(zhong)(zhong) 中(zhong)(zhong),三(san)菱(ling)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉換(huan)頻(pin)繁走(zou)低的(de)快(kuai)慢相對較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)快(kuai),而根據空氣發展阻力相對較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)大(da),靠本來發展阻力滑行(xing)相對較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)慢,使根據拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機的(de)帶速(su)比三(san)菱(ling)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉換(huan)的(de)頻(pin)繁所表示的(de)帶速(su)都(dou)要高(gao),電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機處在(zai)發電(dian)(dian)站心(xin)態,而三(san)菱(ling)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)未力量加工(gong)單元測(ce)試或其目的(de)不多,因為(wei)(wei)會(hui)導致(zhi)三(san)菱(ling)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)定頻(pin)調(diao)速(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)央直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)開(kai)關電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)提高(gao),超(chao)過了(le)保(bao)障值(zhi),就可(ke)能(neng)出(chu)現過電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)斷電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)故障。

過直流電壓出現故障治療策略(lve):

相對于(yu)過的電(dian)壓故(gu)障問題(ti)的加工(gong)(gong)加工(gong)(gong),關鍵性(xing)一類(lei)是后面電(dian)流電(dian)路多出能量(liang)消(xiao)耗怎么(me)才能實(shi)時加工(gong)(gong)加工(gong)(gong);二要(yao)如何快(kuai)速(su)杜絕或減小一絲絲能量(liang)是什么(me)向里頭直(zhi)流電(dian)漏電(dian)開(kai)關饋送,使其過電(dian)流值的系數限定版(ban)在合法的標(biao)準值之類(lei)。底下是大部分的方法:

低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參(can)數表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)設(she)置(zhi)和變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)式(shi)(shi)器(qi)低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)過相電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)自凈化處理(li)用途(tu)。在(zai)的工藝技(ji)(ji)術工作(zuo)方法中(zhong)如不(bu)限(xian)量(liang)版(ban)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)式(shi)(shi)器(qi)低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參(can)數表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)設(she)置(zhi)的確定(ding)(ding)(ding)不(bu)能時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)短,而讓電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)動力宣泄的太快,該(gai)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參(can)數表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)設(she)置(zhi)的確定(ding)(ding)(ding)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)導致里面(mian)雙回路過相電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為限(xian),特別的要(yao)(yao)小心電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)慣性(xing)力相對較大時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)該(gai)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參(can)數表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)設(she)置(zhi)的確定(ding)(ding)(ding)。若果(guo)的工藝技(ji)(ji)術工作(zuo)方法對電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)有現制,而在(zai)限(xian)量(liang)版(ban)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)內(nei)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)式(shi)(shi)器(qi)出來(lai)過相電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)脫扣癥(zheng)狀,要(yao)(yao)確定(ding)(ding)(ding)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)式(shi)(shi)器(qi)失(shi)速(su)(su)(su)自整定(ding)(ding)(ding)用途(tu)或先確定(ding)(ding)(ding)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)式(shi)(shi)器(qi)不(bu)到壓情(qing)況報告下可減至的時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)值,延期后低速(su)(su)(su)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)至零,降(jiang)低時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)可以減少的時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。
